A weighted collar is a training tool designed to strengthen your dog's neck muscles, back muscles, and endurance, giving your dog a more well-balanced workout and increased muscle strength. The collar is 5 cm wide and the weights are made of steel. The collar is made to hold and give your dog a comfortable fit. Each weight weighs approximately 300 grams, and the number of weights varies depending on size:

• Size 50 - 4 weights - total 1.2 kg (excl. weight of the necklace)
• Size 55 - 5 weights - total 1.5 kg (excl. weight of the necklace)
• Size 60 - 6 weights - total 1.8 kg (excl. weight of the necklace)
• Size 65 - 7 weights - total 2.1 kg (excl. weight of the necklace)
• Size 70 - 8 weights - total 2.4 kg (excl. weight of the necklace)

How to use a weight collar? To achieve the best results, it is important to use a weighted collar correctly. The collar puts pressure on the dog's front part, so we recommend that you x-ray your dog's elbows before you start using the harness, this is to know what you have to work with and to avoid injuries and wear and tear. If your dog has problems with elbows, we advise against using this collar. The dog should be able to perform its normal movements with the weight collar on and training should start with just one weight and then gradually increase. We recommend increasing the weight after 2-3 weeks. Pay attention to how your dog reacts to the training and make sure it doesn't show any signs of pain or discomfort. Just like for humans, balanced exercise and diet are important for dogs' health and well-being. Therefore, remember to keep a balance in your exercise and diet. Start with a little weight and short walks, and then increase gradually. Dietary supplements can also be a good complement for your dog.
