If the product does not suit you or your dog in any way, you have 14 days to return the product, according to the right of withdrawal in the Distance Contracts Act. That is, from the day it was delivered to you. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping.
If you want to exchange the product for, for example, a different size, we offer a 30-day exchange/open purchase period from the day you ordered the product. Here too, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping.
The product you return should be unused, but you may of course put it on the dog to evaluate size, etc.
The right of exchange does not apply to SALE products, all SALE products that are returned are considered a cancelled purchase.
Please note that the right of withdrawal and exchange cannot be used on products with name embroidery because the product then has too clearly a personal touch.

What packaging should I send it in?
You can use the existing packaging that you received the product in. Make sure to seal the package properly and tape it well. Alternatively, you can purchase a shipping label with prepaid postage at your nearest dealer.
Write on a piece of paper what you want to do with the product (exchange/return). Enter your name, order number and send to:
