Our Martingale collar is the perfect choice for smooth handling of your dog's needs. With a simple and quick on and off, this collar is both practical and functional. The collar is constructed with carefully sewn heavy duty nylon and has a soft minky comfort on the inside (lined inside) that is gentle on your dog's fur. We have thought of both comfort and style. The Martingale collar is perfect for everyday activities such as walks, exercise and play. No matter what you do together, this collar provides both style and function. To make it even more practical, if your dog should roll in mud or the like, the collar can easily be washed in the washing machine at 40 degrees using a laundry bag. Choosing the right size: Measure the circumference of your dog's neck where the collar usually sits. Use this measurement to select a size in our size chart. Find your dog's neck circumference in the brackets in the size chart. Example: If your dog has a neck circumference of 43 cm, then sizes 45 (35-45cm) and 50 (40-50cm) will fit. Keep in mind that the dog's head circumference at its largest must be at least as large as the collar's maximum size so that you can fit it over your head. Which width fits which dog? The width of the collar is a matter of taste, we recommend that larger dogs have a wider collar. In the picture above you see a 5 cm wide collar
