Design your own dog leash with name

Create your own leash or guard leash. The guard leash is a leash with an extra handle near the hook. The advantage of an extra handle is that you can easily control your dog in difficult situations. The leash is 2.5 cm wide, made of nylon and sewn with minky comfort along one side of the leash and in both handles. Minky comfort is a soft material that makes the leash feel extra comfortable to hold. Follow the instructions below to create your perfect leash.

1. Enter name (max 10 letters) Write the dog's name/nickname
2. Choose the color of the leash (see image 3) Choose from 27 different leash colors
3. Choose the color of the minky comfort in the handle (see image 3) Minky comfort is a soft material sewn onto the handle to make the leash more comfortable to hold.
4. Choose the color of the text/name (see image 4) Choose from 28 text colors
5. Select font (see image 5, fonts 1-12) Choose the font for the text
6. Choose the length of the leash Choose between 120 - 500 cm length
7. Select check mark Choose a checkmark
8. Choose metal details Choose metal details
9. Choose with or without guard handle The guard handle is the extra handle that is at the hook

Choose the hook on the leash

Choose a hook according to your and your dog's needs. Choose between pistol hook, twist & lock and extreme hook. See picture to see the difference in appearance.

1. The pistol hook is a common, simple hook.
2. The twist & lock latch can only be opened by twisting and pressing the latch down at the same time, which provides extra security.
3. The Extreme hook is a slightly larger and "tougher" hook, extra safe as it has passed a tensile test of 5 kN (500kg). Opens by pressing both clips in at the same time.

What length of leash should I choose?

When choosing a leash length, consider what you and your dog need. Below are some recommendations and examples:

• 120 cm is a short leash and is suitable for situations where you want to keep your dog close. For example, in an urban environment.
• 180 cm is the measurement of a standard leash. A standard leash can be used everyday, for example when training or walking.
• 160, 220, 220 cm. If you think the standard length of 180 cm is too short or long for you and your dog, you can choose between 160, 200 or 220 cm.
• 300 cm is a longer leash that is suitable for situations where you want to give your dog free rein. For example, on a walk in the forest.
• 500cm is an extra long leash.
